i think it is in prep of april fool's day and it got released early. we may be getting a regualr day of pvp for april fools day this year. who knows.

It looks like the effect is to reduce skill cooldowns by 5% per other ally in the area.

Recharge should still cap at 50%, you won't be permaforming any more than you could with glyph of swift + deadly paradox.

True, but if you take the recharge from the Flux you've freed up 2 skill slots.

As creative and innovate as these new fluxes are, can't they invest some of their creativity and innovation in to dealing with the god damned leech bots that infest 3/6 of the affected PvP formats?

The lack of action on the part of the game staff is more irritating than the leeching itself.

If the ones that deal with something are not the same ones that deal with other thing, then the ones that are not dealing with the first thing can do other things.

That is, something being added or changed doesn't necessarily stop all other things from being added or changed, just some other things.

Things, things, things, things, things.
